- Gelato+ Gold: Costs $119 per month or $1185 per year. Subscribers receive up to 15% off eligible products.
Both plans offer additional features and discounts. Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards and online payment solutions such as PayPal. Gelato Return Policy?
Gelato.com has a specific return policy due to the nature of their products. The products are personalized and made specifically for each order, hence they do not support returns. If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product, they should get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item. If the quality assurance team validates the claim, a complimentary replacement order will be sent as quickly as possible. If a replacement order is not feasible, or the customers can't wait for a new order to arrive, a refund will be given.
For defective or damaged products that were not caused by the content provided by the customer, the costs of a new order will be covered. This includes damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, and lack of quality of the delivered product.
For packages lost in transit, get in touch within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. A replacement order will be sent on behalf of the customer. For orders that are returned to the sender, place a new order and get in touch so that the problem can be reported and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order. The customer will only pay again for the shipping of the order.
Please note that color variations that may occur due to machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under the quality guarantee. If a new order is desired, the customer will be liable for the costs of the new order.
